Course Description

Business administration includes all aspects related to the operation of a business. These factors are always interlocking and related in diverse fields. There are many components that are brought together to make a business successful. It ranges from concepts of finance and cash flow, marketing and management of human resources. More importantly, there are aspects of business administration that are involved in managing a business.

Managing a business has never been easier. More importantly, in the current competitive world, business administrators need to be well equipped with knowledge and understanding of best practices to manage the business. In addition, they should also be updated with the current trends in the business to inform their decisions related to the operation of the business. Through this, a business is able to reduce stiff competition and maintain momentum.

This course teaches about all aspects of business, and provides the skills and knowledge needed to ensure administrative efficiency in business and the competence to operate profitability in the modern industrial and commercial business world. This qualification is intended for those candidates:

  • wishing to obtain a sound foundation in business and industrial administration.
  • who are already in employment and have a role in administration within an organisation.
  • wishing to achieve a preliminary qualification and progress towards a Managerial position within an SME.

Pre-Requisites

Participants are expected to have a working knowledge of English, which will be considered as ana asset in favour of participants.

Applicants having a strong set of written and verbal communication skills in English, will stand to benefit form the learning outcomes and content of this course.
