Course Description
This course is intended to equip the learners with knowledge on conflict and ways on how it can be managed. The intention of this course is to explore the different types of conflict that can occur and what can cause these conflicts to develop. The learner will be encouraged to explore real life scenarios both in his/her personal life and at his/her place of work and understand what may be done so that such conflict is avoided.
Real case scenarios will be discussed so as to assist and inform the learners on how to handle such situations when they occur.

Minimum entry requirements for Programme
Secondary School Level of Education
Good working knowledge of English
Applicants who have attained the age of 23 years and do not possess the above requirements may apply under the maturity clause.
These applicants must demonstrate that they stand to benefit and show that they are able to follow the program.
It is to be noted that a Proficiency Instrument will be administered prior to vetting eligibility for Maturity Clause
