Course Description
This course is intended to give the learner the ability to understand the importance of managing people and assist in developing these basic skills. This short course will assist the learner on ways to motivate staff members and create a positive environment through effective communication.

Maturity Clause ‚ – 23 years and older with an overview of their academic preparation for this Level 5 course.
