Course Description
This course is intended to give the learner the ability to understand the importance of managing people and assist in developing these basic skills. This short course will assist the learner on ways to motivate staff members and create a positive environment through effective communication.

LO1: Develop the ability to motivate staff and ensure positive moral in the place of work through effective conversation and coaching
LO2: Recognise the importance of giving and receiving clear feedback in a professional way
LO3: Create clear and meaningful performance expectations for staff members

Minimum entry requirements for Programme
Secondary School Level of Education
Good working knowledge of English
