Course Description
This course is intended to give the learner the ability to understand the importance of managing people and assist in developing these basic skills. This short course will assist the learner on ways to motivate staff members and create a positive environment through effective communication.

Level 4 Qualification

Maturity Clause ‚ – 23 years and older with an overview of their academic preparation for this Level 5 course. Current and past related work experience will also be given value through an interview which will be held. Applicants must demonstrate that they can start the course and complete with benefit.
