With rampant economic growth, the capacity to find specific required employees is limited. It is for this reason that MG2i is committed to assisting companies’ needs in constant upskilling and continuous professional development by building tailor made courses for existing employees.
All courses can be created based on MCAST’s diverse fields which include Applied Sciences, Agriculture, Aquatics and Marine Animals. Business Management and Commerce, Creative Arts, Engineering and Transport, Community Services, IICT.
Each tailor made course can be built from scratch based on the employees current knowledge and experience specifically to meet the need of the local and / or foreign company at that particular time.
These tailor made courses, prepared by our strong and professional academic staff can be prepared depending on 3 certification criteria
Some bespoke courses can be part of a full time course being delivered and can be of specific modules.
All courses can be delivered on MCAST Campus or at the companies premises and course delivery will be any time the Company requests it to be.
