Description

Target Audience:

The course is targeted for:

  • People who are already in a managerial position and would like to enhance their role, underpinning it with the necessary skills to be more effective and efficient in management.
  • People who aspire for managerial roles in various industries.

 

This is a 40 hr guided learning course.‚   Students need to invest further hours which will include private study and home assignments.

 

Pre-Requisites

Participants are expected to have a ‚  working knowledge of English, which will be considered as ana asset in favour of participants.

Applicants having a strong set of written and verbal communication skills in English, will stand to benefit form the learning outcomes and content of this course.

 

Study Programme Description:

This part-time training programme aims to provide participants with a broad picture of the numerous and diverse areas of management theory, functions, concept, content and also their application. The field of Management is very diverse, dynamic and in a constant state of evolution and change; hence the importance of keeping up to date with historical aspects and future directions need to be focused upon by those who choose a career in this field.
