Course Rationale
Programmable logic controllers are being used worldwide in today’s process and manufacturing industries. The course will focus on the practical perspective of programming and wiring a PLC system. Learners will be given the opportunity to perform practical work with various PLC brands widely used in the manufacturing and process industries.

LO 3. Use function block diagrams, instruction list and structured text for different PLCs.
