Application Process

Students who need assistance in applying for their Visa are requested to make use of one of MCAST’s authorized agency services.

Our agents will help you through the application process, guide you through the visa procedure and even help you sort out your accommodation.

Students are required to fill our downloadable application form and GDPR Form and submit these, together with a copy of all academic qualifications to: [email protected]

Within 3 working days after submitting your application, you will receive a conditional offer.

Once you receive the conditional offer you are required to pay a non refundable application fee of €150 (not applicable for October start programmes).

Once an academic decision has been made on your application, students will receive an offer letter – this may take up to 10 working days from application fee payment.

Within the offer letter students are instructed to pay their tuition fees, after which a final acceptance letter will be granted.

Please make sure to inform the college or your representative of the day you will be traveling. The college will inform immigration accordingly.‚  

Once in Malta, the college will assist you in applying for an e-Residence card to cover the duration of your stay.
