Course Description:
The Level 6 Award in Business Management has been created to develop the bases for future business managers by exploring the structure and developments within an organisation while continuing to bring recognition and professionalism to the management positions.
This course is designed for learners who want to have an overview of different areas related to business management, with units ranging from Human Resources to Project and Operation Management. The business environment is ever-changing and the success of an organisation is measured by its ability to stay resilient and respond to the changes positively, timely and effectively.
The learners who chose to follow this course will gain insight into the functioning, processes and procedures of a business, understanding diversity within an organisation and the influences and impact of external forces.
This course will introduce learners to management theories and practices which are the key for success. Being a level 5 qualification each of the units delivered will go into a level of depth and detail equivalent to the level of study.
This generic qualification will allow learners who aspire to work in management and supervisor roles to have enough understanding to not only work in management but to also be able to liaise with other professions who might be specialised in specific areas.
