In this course students will become familiar with Medical First Aid on board Merchant vessels
Applicants should be 16 years of age, be in possession of an STCW Elementary First Aid Certificate. Applicant must be Medically and Physically Fit
An MCAST Certificate will be awarded to those students who have attended 80% and more of the lectures and passed the examinations
Practical and written assessments at the end of the course
Course notes are included in the course fee
Kindly contact the Office of Part-Time Courses for the Medical Fitness Certificate which has to be filled in by the family doctor.
