N.B. Kindly note that applicants will be requested to register for their attendance on Classter. Failure to achieve the full enrolment will entitle the lecturer to exclude student from classes and no certification can be issued. A minimum attendance of 70% is required for certification attainment.

The course is of 20 Hours spread over 5 Days

    • • Liferafts and Buoyant Apparatus

     

    • • Lifesaving Appliances

     

    • • First Aid

     

    • • Practical Seamanship

     

    • • Occupational Health and Safety

     

    • • Workplace Communication

     

     

Applicants must be 17 years of age and over

Certificate issued by MCAST will be awarded to those students who have attended for 80% and more of the course and passed their Oral examination

Oral Assessment at the end of the course
