The Food Handling License B is needed by individuals wanting to work in the Food and Beverage Industry or Catering and will be in direct contact with food items.
The course is accredited by the Food Safety Commission within the Department of Public Health (Ministry for Health). Participants will obtain the Food Handling License B which is issued by the Food Safety Commission.

- Use HACCP as a tool in food safety.
