Students will start the course with a general overview of cat ethology and behaviour necessary for the correct application of the trapping techniques that will subsequently be discussed.
The various equipment required for successful trapping will then be explained with learners expected to use this knowledge and logical planning to undertake a TNR for a colony of cats under supervision.
This will equip learners with the necessary competences to participate in TNR and follow welfare considerations for the process to be undertaken adequately.
