Learning Outcomes
LO1 – identify the work that needs to be done
LO2 – Identify hazards & risks at the workplace and applying safe working practices to mitigate against hazards in order to finish off the work properly
LO3 – make a plan how to carry out the work involved and the stages that must be followed to complete the job as required
LO4 – Dismantle, demolishing, removing and separating various types of structures and components normally found in such environments using portable hand held tools and by hand
LO5 – be able to read and interpret method statements, civil engineering drawings, draw H&S reports to his superiors; identify and use appropriate PPE, RPE and LVE equipment
LO6 Operate and handle mobile plant less than 5 tonnes
Entry Requirements.
Persons should have successfully completed MG2I-C0560 Award for Demolition Operative with capability to operate small mobile plant less than 5 tonnes operating weight.

Letter of Reference proving a minimum of 1 year working experience in this field.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or over.
A health Certificate stating the applicant is fit and able to follow this course, issued by a General practitioner is required.
