Award for Demolition Plant Supervisor with capability to operate mobile plant

Learning Outcomes        

• LO1 – identify the work that needs to be done
• LO2 – Identify hazards & risks at the workplace and applying safe working practices to mitigate against hazards in order to finish off the work properly
• LO3 – make a plan how to carry out the work involved and the stages that must be followed to complete the job as required
• LO4 – Dismantle, demolishing, removing and separating various types of structures and components normally found in such environments using portable hand held tools and by hand
• LO5 – be able to read and interpret method statements, civil engineering drawings, draw H&S reports to his superiors; identify and use appropriate PPE, RPE and LVE equipment.

Entry Requirements.

Applicants should be able to read & write in English

Applicants must be 18 years of age or over.

A health Certificate stating the applicant is fit and able to follow this course, issued by a General practitioner is required.
