Taxi Driver and Area Knowledge Certificate (TDAKC) TM App. Mod 6 (Optional)

The course is 3 hours long.  Tuition will be held at the Institute of Mechanical Engineering in Paola between 1630 – 1930 hrs.

This tuition is optional.

• Dealing with differently able persons;
• Maintaining wheel belts or wheel clamps in good working order;
• Ability to safely install and secure the wheelchair and disabled person in the taxi;
• Practical session explaining the basic operation of the loading/unloading process.

There are no entry requirements for this course.

An MCAST Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to all students attending more than 80% of lectures.

Candidates, who would have completed successfully the course, would have to sit for a test held at Transport Malta.  Fee for exam is not included in course fee.
