The experience stated must be attested by a person who is licenced at least at Category 2 in Stationery Refrigeration Systems. Persons who lack Theory or Practice in the fields of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning are strongly advised to complete courses in HVAC Theory, or in HVAC Practice, or in both HVAC Theory and Practice, BEFORE attempting this Assessment Course which determines the Category at which a person can be Licenced formally through the Local Authorities.

Applicants will need to use their own personal protective equipment, clothing and Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning tools for their Practical Tests.
