Entry requirements:

• SEC Biology and SEC English – Copy of Certificates should be attached to the application formOR
• At least 3 years working experience in the Health Food sector – Letter from the employer or ETC Employment History Sheet confirming the 3 years working experience should be attached to the application form.

An MCAST Certification of Achievement will be awarded to the students who attend 80% of the course, submit all the assignments and pass successfully the final exam.

A Certificate of Attendance CANNOT be given for this course, even if the 80% attendance is satisfied, since this is a license.

During the course, students need to submit assignments and at the end of the course, students will have to sit for written and oral examinations.

There are no additional costs or special materials or equipment to bring.
