Course Description

The aim of this course, which build upon the MCAST Award in Real Estate for Property Consultants), is to provide more in-depth insights into the legal, financial and technical issues related to real estates, it’s marketing and sale. The course aims to provide participant with an understanding of the main legal frameworks that such a Licence holder would need to work in the industry. Apart from the legal frameworks the course will also look at the financial and economical implications and obligations related to the same role, as well as other more technical aspects of the role such as property inspections and valuations.

The course is targeted for individuals who would like to apply for a Licence to work as Property Broker or Real Estate Agent or a Branch Manager or a Property Consultant.

Pre-Requisites:

School leaving certificate with SSC&P level 3, or O’Levels in at least two subjects of which should be English/Maltese and Maths obtained at Grade 5 / C or better

Or

School leaving certificate and three years working experience in the role of Property Consultant or Property Broker, Estate Agent or Branch Manager.

Or

Upon Maturity Clause (Candidates applying with the Maturity Clause would need to provide an updated Curriculum Vitae, a copy of Jobs Plus employment sheet and a motivational letter as to why they consider themselves fit for the course)
