Course Description
The course is targeted for individuals who would like to apply for a license to act as a Property Consultant. The aim of this course is to provide a basic insight into the legal, financial and technical issues related to real estates, it’s marketing and sale. The course aims to provide participants with an understanding of the main legal frameworks that such a Licence holder would need to work in the industry. Apart from the legal frameworks the course will also look at the financial and economical implications and obligations related to the same role, as well as other more technical aspects of the role such as property inspections and valuations.
Pre-Requisites:
School leaving certificate with SSC&P level 3,
or O’Levels in at least two subjects of which one should be English/Maltese
Or School leaving certificate and three years working experience in the role of Property Consultant
Or Upon Maturity Clause (Candidates applying with the Maturity Clause would need to provide an updated Curriculum Vitae, a copy of Jobs Plus employment sheet and a motivational letter as to why they consider themselves fit for the course)
